What type of services do we provide?
Prosedan offers a variety of services. Airport car service, Meet and greet services, Limousine and hourly services, event planning, group scheduling, point to point transfers and more. Please inquire with our office if you have special requests and we will be glad to assist you at (480) 203-1235.
Does Prosedan accept credit cards?
Prosedan accepts only these major credit cards. American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card.
What vehicles do we have?
Our fleet consists of Sedans, Vans, SUV's, Busses, and stretch Limousines.
What is the standard gratuity for our chauffeurs?
The standard gratuity is set by the industry as 20% of the total charge of our services.
How do you make a reservation?
You can make a reservation or get a quote by calling (480) 203-1235 or by submitting our reservation online HERE. (Usually we are pretty flexible based on availability but we do ask that you try and make the reservation the day before your scheduled pick-up)
How do you cancel a reservation?
You can cancel a reservation simply by calling our office at the above numbers or via email Info@Prosedan.com. If you call our office the day prior your scheduled reservation by 9:00 pm you will not be charged for our services and or holding your time spot.
